When we get health symptoms, many times we associate those symptoms with the foods we are eating. When a symptom comes we question why is this problem here now? What is wrong with my body? what am I doing wrong? As we open up the refrigerator and reach for something to eat we say to ourselves, is this why I am sick? Do I need to change my diet? Sometimes when a person is sick for far too long, every food is under question, and every food can be a Saint or a devil in one's eyes.
