What I Would Tell My Younger Self
Me at 3-4 years old.
Decided I’m gonna write a letter, set it on my altar and ask Angel of Time to deliver it.
Let her know it was not her fault.
The bloated gut was not her fault.
The ever-present crippling anxiety was not her fault.
That there were real reasons why her nervous system has always been sensitive, and that her sensitivity is an asset, and not weakness, not punishment.
That her intuition and personality exist as they do for a reason.
That so much else was not her fault.
Tell her that one day it would all make sense, and that she’s not alone, and she’s seen.
And that if I could send her only three words, it would be “find Medical Medium”.
