Watermelon Tart
Ingredients:
- Watermelon slice, 1 inch thick
- 1/2 mango, diced
- 1/3 cup blueberries
- 4-5 strawberries, hulled and halved
- Juice from 1/4 lime
- Small handful of fresh mint leaves
Directions:
Place the watermelon slice on a plate and top with mango, blueberries, strawberries, lime juice and mint leaves. Serve immediately
