Wake Up Your Body With This Morning Routine
My morning routine has changed a lot over the years, but there's one thing that I was super consistent with for six plus years.
Even while filming on set for Barbecue Showdown, I was doing it every single day in the bathroom, like no missing days.
But then during the move to California, I kind of just fell off the wagon and just forgot about it.
But my health is priority, so I'm back on track.
Step one, you're going to drink a large glass of lemon water. You're going to wake up your body, wake up your liver, who just did a really good job overnight.
So I don't go by what anyone else says. The Medical Medium is the reason why I found juicing celery and all the benefits.
But I go by the benefits that I've seen for myself over all the years of juicing celery. And it has been amazing.
No, you cannot add a lemon or an apple into it to make it taste better. It does the magic on its own.
It's going to clean me up, clean out my liver, detox, get rid of those viruses, pathogens, heavy metals, garbage.
And it just keeps your body clean and functioning properly.
