Two Women, One Tall Mountain, An Unforgettable Experience—Thanks to Medical Medium

Yesterday, my friend Karmel and I summited Mt. Elbert — the highest mountain in Colorado and 2nd highest in the continental U.S. 14,433 ft of challenge, grit, and pure joy!

It was Karmel’s first 14er (she went big!) and my seventh — and we made it to the top together. 💪

Up at 1:30am, on the trail by 5:15am in the chill of 34F… it was steep, relentless, and 100% worth it.
