Strawberry Mojito
This virgin strawberry mojito is the perfect drink to enjoy at gatherings with friends and family or for any celebration, holiday, or special occasion. It’s sweet and refreshing, and because it’s alcohol-free, it’s a fun and delicious drink for both children and adults.
The main power of berries like strawberries comes from antioxidants, the miracle fighters of free radicals. Antioxidants mean life, while oxidation means death. We need these antioxidants to fight the aging (oxidation) process, and to stay alive in the face of constant threats to our health.

Limes contain micro mineral salts that break down pathogens such as unproductive bacteria, mold, yeast, and fungus to help protect your liver’s immune system.
Strawberry Mojito
Ingredients:
- 6-8 fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 10-12 fresh mint leaves
- 2 tbsps fresh lime juice (about 1 lime)
- 2-3 tbsps pure maple syrup (adjust to taste)
- 1 cup sparkling water
- Ice cubes
Directions:
In a sturdy glass, add the sliced strawberries, mint leaves, fresh lime juice and pure maple syrup.
Using a muddler or the back of a spoon, gently muddle the strawberries and mint leaves to release their flavors. Be careful not to over-muddle, as you don't want the mint to become bitter.
Fill the glass with ice cubes. Top with sparkling water and stir gently to combine. Serve immediately. Enjoy!
Serves 1
