Spirulina Popsicles
These sweet fruit popsicles are such a great way to sneak some spirulina into your kids or simply to enjoy yourself. You can make fresh juice yourself or look for a bottled juice that’s made only of the fruit with no preservatives, sugars, colors, flavors, or citric acid added.
Spirulina is a powerhouse nutritional supplement that offers an incredible variety of bioavailable vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, and phytonutrients. Spirulina is a great all-rounder to include daily as a nutritional safeguard.
Spirulina Popsicles
Ingredients:
- 2 cups mango or pineapple juice
- 1-2 tsp spirulina powder
Directions:
In a medium-sized bowl or jug, mix together the juice and spirulina until well combined. Pour into popsicle molds.
Cover with the lid and/or insert a popsicle stick in each pop. Freeze the pops until solid.
