Pitaya Smoothie Bowl
Ingredients:
- 1 cup frozen red dragonfruit/pitaya
- 1 cup frozen mango
- 1 cup chopped frozen banana
- ¼ cup coconut water
- ½ cup berries, to serve
Directions:
Combine the pitaya, mango, banana, and coconut water in a high-speed blender. Blend until smooth. Pour into a serving bowl and top with berries. Serve immediately.
