Persimmon Pudding
This pudding is delicious with any type of ripe persimmon. A dash of cinnamon and nutmeg complements the natural flavor of persimmons while providing additional healing properties. This pudding is a fantastic choice for breakfast, a snack, a light meal, or dessert.

Persimmon Pudding
Ingredients:
- 5 cups diced ripe persimmons
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon (optional)
- ¼ tsp ground nutmeg (optional)
Directions:
Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Divide between bowls and serve immediately.
Serves 3-4
