Papaya Bowl
Let the vibrant colors and tropical flavors of this papaya and lime bowl revitalize and awaken you. Topped with creamy banana slices and wild blueberries, it’s like digging into a little piece of heaven.
Papaya’s amino acids and enzymes combined create undiscovered subcompound phytochemicals that repel viruses. Papaya also contains potent and as yet undiscovered coenzymes that enhance the alkalinity inside the intestinal tract.
Papaya Bowl

Toppings:
- 1 fresh ripe banana, sliced
- 2 tbsps wild blueberries, fresh or thawed frozen

Place the papaya, raw honey, and lime juice (if using) in a blender. Blend until smooth. Pour into a serving bowl and top with sliced banana and wild blueberries. Serve immediately.
Serves 1-2
Recipe Notes:
- If you have tried papaya before and didn’t enjoy the flavor, it might have been that it wasn’t fully ripe, or that it just wasn’t a particularly good-tasting variety or harvest. When a papaya is ripe, it’s sweet and delicious, and it can feel like it has something akin to a melt-in-the- mouth quality. It’s worth trying to find different suppliers of papaya (avoiding Hawaiian varieties) and learning when a papaya is fully ripe so you can experience the true benefits and flavor of this miracle fruit.
