I am filled with gratitude.
Today was day 1 of my period and it was a whisper compared to the pain and symptoms I used to experience.
I would be in searing pain, curled up in the fetal position for hours, nerves and brain inflamed like crazy, begging the Angel of Mercy to make it stop.
Today I spent most of my day forgetting I was even on my period.
