Nettle Apple Iced Tea
Ingredients:
- 2 tbsps loose nettle leaf tea or 5 nettle tea bags
- 3 cups hot water (purified or spring)
- 2 cups pure apple juice or 5-6 medium apples, juiced
- 2-3 tbsps raw honey, to taste
- 1-2 cups ice cubes
Directions:
Place the nettle tea in a teapot or jug and pour hot water on top. Set aside until it has cooled to room temperature. Remove the tea bags and stir in the apple juice and raw honey.
Divide the ice cubes between serving glasses and top with cooled tea. Serve immediately.
