Chopped fresh fruit is complemented with chewy dried mulberries and creamy banana milk in this incredibly tasty and healing fruit cereal. You can also use fresh mulberries as one of the fresh fruits in your fruit cereal if you can find them. This is such a fantastic breakfast, snack, or anytime light meal for the whole family.
Eating mulberries can restore skin, hair, and nails and then get into deeper accomplishments of helping to reverse connective tissue disease, endocrine gland problems, and even a damaged nervous system. Mulberry Fruit Cereal
Ingredients:
- 1-2 peaches and/or nectarines, chopped
- 1-2 green or gold kiwis, peeled and chopped
- ½ cup blueberries or wild blueberries
- ½ cup raspberries
- 2-3 tbsps dried mulberries, any color
Banana milk:
- 1 fresh banana
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 cup water or coconut water
Directions:
Place the chopped fruit, fresh berries, and dried mulberries in a bowl.
To make the Banana Milk, blend the fresh banana, frozen banana, and water or coconut water until smooth and creamy. Pour the Banana Milk over the fruit and enjoy!
