A few summers ago. I was completely worn out. Extreme exhaustion, cold sores all the time, and every heatwave hit me like a wall.
Summer wasn't refreshing for me back then. It felt like something | had to survive instead of enjoy.
What a year 2025 has been.
More lessons. More growth.
More lived experience.
I feel more rooted in this Medical Medium way of living than ever.
It's no longer something I'm trying to figure out. It's become my foundation, my rhythm, my everyday.
There's no going back. Only growth. Only forward.
