This is not just a sweet treat to drink and savor. This lemonade and limeade can provide an even burst of energy that isn’t temperamental and doesn’t die out quickly—instead, it provides a reliable source of energy that feels steady and strong.

Lemons and limes are also profound cleansers of the liver, kidneys, spleen, thyroid, and gallbladder. They purge the many toxic substances we collect from exposure to plastics, synthetic chemicals, radiation, and poor food choices.

Lemonade & Limeade

Ingredients:

  • 5 cups water (purified or spring)
  • 1 cup freshly squeezed lemon or lime juice
  • ½ cup raw honey or pure maple syrup
  • Ice, to serve (optional)

Directions:

Combine the water, freshly squeezed lemon or lime juice, and your choice of raw honey or maple syrup in a large bowl or jug. Adjust the amount of sweetener to your taste preference.

Stir the mixture well until all the ingredients are evenly mixed.

Add ice cubes, if desired, to a glass and top with lemonade. Serve immediately.
