Leafy Green & Berry Salad
Ingredients:
Wild Blueberry “Vinaigrette”:
Directions:
Combine the leafy greens, berries, mango (if using), orange segments (if using), and banana (if using) in a large bowl. Toss gently and divide between salad bowls. Set aside.
Combine the vinaigrette ingredients in a blender and blend until very smooth, 1 to 2 minutes. Drizzle onto salad and serve. Enjoy!
