Watch: Hot Sauce
Hot Sauce
If you like to bring the heat to your meals, this recipe is for you. This unique, vinegar-free hot sauce balances the heat from the fresh or dried hot peppers with some fresh bell pepper, tomato, garlic, raw honey, and lime juice. It’s easy to make and packs such a flavor punch that a little goes a long way.
Ripe hot peppers (usually red, orange, or yellow) carry a certain variety of vitamin C. The vitamin C from hot peppers is a strong, resilient antioxidant that stimulates immune cell activity, waking up immune cells and getting the cells to seek out toxins and poisons and even pathogens.
