Watch: Garlic Therapy
Garlic Therapy
Garlic can be a true friend of yours that will go to war with your true enemies: pathogens. Unproductive fungus, toxic yeast, toxic mold, bad bacteria, stealth viruses, flu and COVID, RSV, bird flu, and measles—garlic is a foe to these pathogens. The long-lasting, sulfur-rich herbal compounds derived from garlic stick around all through the body systems, wreaking havoc upon these invaders. Remember this: A little garlic goes a long way. If you’re sensitive, you can start small, with a very tiny amount.
Garlic is antiviral, antibacterial, antifungal, anti-mold, anti-parasitic, anti-worm, and rich in the phytochemical allicin, a sulfur compound that prevents disease. Contrary to some mistaken theories, garlic does not kill productive bacteria in the intestinal tract. It only kills unproductive bacteria, which runs on a positive frequency.
Garlic Therapy
Ingredients:
- 1 raw garlic clove, finely minced or grated
Mixed with either:
- ½ ripe avocado or
- 1 medium-sized steamed potato or
- 2 tbsps raw honey or
- 1 banana
Directions:
At the first signs of cold or flu, mash or mix the raw garlic into your choice of either avocado or potato or raw honey or banana. Repeat this three times a day until you feel better.
Serves 1
Recipe Notes:
- You don’t have to stick with the same base option all day. One serving of your Garlic Therapy can use banana, one serving can use potato, and so on.
- If you’re concerned about your overt fat intake, you can avoid the avocado option. If you’re someone who’s avoiding overt fats in the morning, you can choose avocado from noon onward.
