This shot can be taken at any time of day or evening. If you wish to take it before a nap or before bed, you’re welcome to make the shot earlier in the day and save it in the refrigerator until you’re ready.

Dreams Shifter: Medical Medium Brain Shot Therapy

Ingredients:

  • ½-inch piece of fresh ginger
  • ½ cup fresh or thawed frozen mango
  • ½ cup fresh or thawed frozen cherries, pitted
  • ½ cup chopped raw zucchini
  • ¼ cup loosely packed fresh peppermint leaves (optional)

Directions:

Run each ingredient through a juicer in the order listed from top to bottom.

Pour into a glass and serve.

Makes 1 to 2 shots

Tips:

  • Drink your Brain Shot 15 to 30 minutes apart from celery juice or any other food and drink.
