Watch: Chronic Dehydration
Chronic Dehydration
The majority of people are living with low-grade chronic dehydration without even realizing it. Dehydration isn’t just about the last day or week or month of your life. It can be a chronic issue, and many babies are even born already dehydrated. Both children and adults are chronically dehydrated.
In addition to being born with dehydration, it can also develop from:
Not consuming enough living water, fresh fruits, vegetables, and leafy greens throughout the duration of your life
- Toxins and pathogens
- A sluggish, stagnant liver
- Diet too high in fat, protein, salt, and cooked food
- Consumption of coffee, tea, alcohol, drugs, vinegar
Chronic dehydration:
- Leads to thick, dirty blood
- Prevents cleansing
- Allows pathogens to thrive
- Worsens, triggers, or contributes to symptoms such as high blood pressure, strokes, headaches, migraines, dry eye syndrome, dark under-eye circles, and more
- Can make all the difference between someone having a serious health issue like a stroke or heart attack
You can help heal chronic dehydration by bringing in a lot more living water from these sources:
- Lemon or lime water – find out how to make it here. This drink is especially helpful on an empty stomach in the morning when you first wake up.
- Celery juice – get the recipe and find out how to use this therapy for best results.
- Cucumber juice – get the recipe and find out how to use this therapy for best results.
- Other fruit, greens, and vegetable juices
- Coconut water
Also focus on eating a lot more fresh fruits, raw leafy greens, and vegetables, while lowering fats and proteins from animal or plant sources, salt, cooked food, caffeine, alcohol. It’s also important to avoid the foods I share in each of the Medical Medium books that feed pathogens or prevent cleansing, as pathogens and toxins dehydrate the body.
