Caramel Date Chaga Latte
This Caramel Date Chaga Latte is sweet, decadent, and very satisfying! Enjoy it when you want a warm cup of something truly comforting that won’t impact your health like a coffee or cocoa drink would. This recipe is healthier without the sea salt, but if you love salted caramel flavors and are looking for a treat, you can include the sea salt to make a salted Caramel Date Chaga Latte.
Chaga powder and dates are the two star ingredients in this recipe.
Respect chaga. Before consuming it, honor its loyalty and the stoic nature it upholds. This will enhance your body’s reception of its benefits.
The sugars in dates feed the liver; they’re a great source of glucose for recovery and restoration that allows the liver to maximize its over 2,000 chemical functions.
