Apricot Smoothie
Ingredients:
- 2 cups pitted apricots
- 1 cup diced frozen mango, banana, or more apricots
- 1-2 pitted Medjool dates (optional)
- 1 cup freshly squeezed orange juice or coconut water
Directions:
Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Serve immediately. Enjoy!
