I did it!

I just completed one full year of Advanced 3:6:9 cleanses @medicalmedium.

That's 40 advanced cleanses in one year, and 76 in total since started MM 4.5 years ago.

I was inspired by the Legend @tex369champ who is the 3:6:9 Champion.

One year of raw fruits, vegetables, leafy greens, herbs, spices, nori/dulse.

No fats. No cooked foods.

One year of full discipline & commitment.

This was my big goal on January 1st 2025.

The results speak for themselves, it's a world of difference.

My level of energy has exploded, my focus is sharper, my clarity sharper, I'm able to walk up the hill, start toning my body again, and much more.

These cleanses work, and combined with energy work/ working with the Light, the results are outstanding.
